What I like the most about my job is the opportunity to meet interesting people. I truly admire women I had a chance to work with and this what inspires me to help them look better. After hearing out their story, which is unique and inspiring in its own way, I start imagining a certain look that will help my character to show what she is. I do believe that , no matter what you do – managing a billion euros business or a family with 3 kids, you can be equally important, professional and ambitious, which is why the way you look influences how good you play your role.
Talking about ambition, please meet the next character of our project Style Makeover- young, kind and very attractive woman managing one of the most difficult jobs in life with a big smile on her face and in her eyes. Julia is a loving wife and mother of 3 sons. She is such a rare woman who is illuminating so much warmth and happiness, that you may think that being a housewife is just the best thing in the world. Sometimes I regret I am not that type of woman…))
The challenge was to create a very elegant yet wearable look that will accompany Julia in her daily life but add some chic into it. Julia has already very feminine face and character, which is why I did not want to put her into something overly girly and romantic. We have chosen for a pair of skinnies and flats also for a reason of functionality, but added some elegance by pairing it with a gorgeous velvet coat and cropped printed top. The outfit is all in one tone which slimmers the silhouette whereas pointy tips of the shoes elongate the legs and add a smart touch to the outfit.
This is a great combination of “easy to wear” and “chic” – another proof to those women who think that you can only feel comfortable in jogging pants or jeans and a stretched-out sweater. And mostly important Julia’s look should be example to those women who think that having children and being a housewife equals looking depressed and unattractive. Stay happy and attractive for people you love and first of all for yourself!
